Orf is a self-limiting and highly contagious infectious disease seen especially in farmers who deal with sheep and goats. Causative agent is orf virus which is a double stranded DNA virus from Parapoxvirus genus of Poxviridae family. Orf may be complicated by secondary bacterial infection, lymphadenopathy, lymphangitis and erythema multiforme. In this report, we present two cases of orf developed after contact with sheep and complicated by erythema multiforme.
