Abstract
The measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine is generally considered safe; however, it may occasionally cause adverse effects. This paper presents cases of parotitis, aseptic meningitis, and orchitis that occurred 18-28 days after MMR vaccination in three healthcare workers. All three cases showed mumps IgM seropositivity. While the Leningrad-Zagreb (L-Z) mumps strain present in the MMR vaccine is suspected to be the causative agent, this has not been confirmed molecularly.
